Pricing

Fixed price. Agreed upfront. No surprises.

Every build gets scoped before any money changes hands. You’ll know exactly what you’re getting, what it costs, and how long it takes — before you commit.

001 How pricing works

We don’t sell tiers or monthly seats. Every business is different, so every build gets its own scope and its own price.

Here’s what shapes the cost:

01

What’s being built

A single AI agent that answers calls is a different job than a full pipeline that routes leads, updates your CRM, sends follow-ups, and generates weekly reports.

02

What it connects to

Your existing tools, phone system, booking software, CRM. More integrations = more wiring.

03

How custom the logic is

A straightforward reminder sequence is simpler than an agent that needs to understand your pricing, qualify leads, and route emergencies differently on weekends.

Placeholder: price ranges

Indicative price ranges will be added here once a few builds have been completed and there’s real data to anchor against. Showing ranges too early risks setting the wrong expectations.

002 Ongoing costs

What about ongoing costs?

The build itself is a one-time price. After that, there are small running costs — phone minutes, API usage, hosting — that depend on volume. These are passed through at cost, not marked up.

If you want someone to monitor, tune, and extend the system over time, there’s an optional monthly retainer. But it’s never the opening pitch — it’s something that makes sense once the build is running and you’ve seen the value.
